python3-apport software package provides Python 3 library for Apport crash report handling, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-apport
python3-apport is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-apport package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-apport *
You will get with python3-apport package name, version, architecture and description in a table
